“We are a specialist science college and proud to be the first in East Anglia. However our school curriculum is broad and encompasses a wide spectrum of choice, particularly in years 10 and 11. We strive to help all students to learn regardless of their ability. We do have very high standards and expect all students to treat everyone with respect. We have excellent pastoral structures including a school councellor and youth worker and have a special needs department that provides very good support. Recently an ofsted report praised our school for its excellent range of extra-curricular activities. The opportunities for students to take an active part in the life of the school is wide and diverse. We encourage all students to make use of their time with us. We take great pride in our school and the many successes of our students. We are always delighted to hear of and to promote past students successes.”
