“Imberhorne is officially classed as a Comprehensive Community School (co-educational) with Specialist School status. The age range of our students is from 11 to 19 years. Our school roll totals 1650 including 300 in the Sixth Form. Although Imberhorne can trace its history back nearly three centuries, it is very much a school for the future. Our principle aim is to realise the aspirations and develop fully the potential of every student at Imberhorne. We do this by providing a supportive environment, which will stimulate and encourage students to be independent and committed Learners for Life. Whilst we place a high priority on the traditional qualities of hard work, discipline, courtesy and consideration for others, we believe we have embraced the best of modern teaching strategies and resources.”
