The Brunts Academy
The Park Park Avenue Mansfield Nottinghamshire NG18 2AT
“Brunts is an 11-18 community comprehensive school of some 1600 students, including approximately 250 in the Sixth Form, and 200 staff. The school is organised as 10 form entry although this may vary according to fluctuations in numbers. The school was founded in 1894 and takes its name from Samuel Brunts, a local 18th century yeoman who set up a trust for the ‘education of poor boys’. The Brunts Family of Schools comprises King Edward, Sutton Road, St Peter’s (C of E), Newgate Lane and High Oakham primaries. We are also a key member of the Mansfield Learning Partnership. ”
