Debating Matters
Adrian has been involved with the Debating Matters competition for a number of years, having been part of his college team which reached the National final in 2009. Outside of Debating Matters, Adrian holds numerous voluntary roles; he is a Scout Leader, a Kayaking Instructor, an on-call member of a Search & Rescue team, and a First Aid trainer for the British Red Cross. Adrian was meant to start university this September, studying a degree in Rescue and Emergency Management, before specialising in Paramedic Science. However, he has deferred for another year, allowing him to run a campsite in Sweden for 1700 people at the World Scout Jamboree, run the Royal Parks marathon, and carry on with DM of course!
