Andy has a background in new business development and currently runs the strategy team for BT Agilemedia, a BT venture business. He and his team spend their time working out how to make media interaction easy. For example, Andy’s team developed and manage the phone voting systems for X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing. The platform is clever - it can count one million votes every 5 minutes - but Andy is no Simon Cowell and he doesn’t work with Cheryl Cole.
