    Anjana was formerly a feature writer and opinion columnist at The Times. She has covered many controversial science & public health stories, including MMR,  human cloning and childhood obesity. Anjana has a physics degree and a space physics PhD from Imperial College London. She has been an adviser to the Royal Society, the British Council and the British Science Association, and has chaired public debates for the Science Museum and the Wellcome Trust. She is a former school governor. She believes in respectful, intelligent, evidence-based argument and her motto on Twitter is: Never Knowingly Underbold.
