Ben is the managing director of Ellwood Atfield the Communications and Advocacy Head-hunters. His company helps a wide variety of organisations such as global corporates, leading charities and NGOs recruit their communication, public policy and advocacy experts.
Ben’s interest in exploring the role, character and importance of communications led him to co-found the ellwood atfield gallery. The gallery regularly organises exhibition and events attracting some of the UK’s most influential leaders, commentators and communications professionals. Has also for many years hosted the Political Cartoon of the Year Awards.
Ben studied Japanese history and politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). When he’s not headhunting or poring over EA’s P&L he enjoys, crime fiction, Italy, New York, wine, ideas of the enlightenment and chasing after his three children.
