Ben Stewart manages the Engaging Science grants team and programme at the Wellcome Trust. This programme looks to raise awareness of biomedical science and the issues that research raises, stimulate interest, excitement and debate in biomedical science, and support formal and informal learning. The Wellcome Trust has supported the development of Debating Matters through the Engaging Science programme over the last six years.
