Brian is a prize winning documentary film scriptwriter and has written 13 books on the media. Currently he is working on a feature documentary about the so-called ‘father’ of documentary, Robert Flaherty, and writing The Right to Offend, a follow up book to his history of free expression in the West, Messages, which was published in 2005.
