Charlotte’s recent credits include Sunday, Radio Four’s ethical and religious news programme, presented by Edward Stourton; In Search of the British Work Ethic – a two-part documentary series which challenged Melanie Phillips of the Daily Mail to test out her deeply-held opinions on unemployment and the welfare state – also broadcast on Radio Four; and A Letter to My Body – a series of broadcast talks for Radio Three in which thinkers and writers including Antony Gormley and Joan Bakewell explored their relationships with their own bodies. Charlotte is currently taking some time out to care for her eight-month-old daughter, Allegra, who is more demanding than any media personality she has ever worked with.
