    Chester Zoo

    Charlotte joined Chester Zoo in June 2014, where she heads up the team developing and delivering learning programmes, events and activities with schools, colleges, families and adults, as well developing all interpretation across the Zoo.  Prior to that she worked as Head of Learning at IWM North, part of Imperial War Museums, for the Museum of Science and Industry focusing on community engagement and The World of Glass in St Helens where she ran the education service. Charlotte is passionate about developing learning experiences that inspire people to see the world differently and bring about change. She has a BA in Italian Studies from University of Manchester and an MA in Heritage Studies from University of Salford.
