Girls’ Schools Association
Charlotte is the Executive Director of the Girls’ Schools Association which represents most of the top-performing independent girls’ schools in the UK. She is also on the board of the Independent Schools Council. She is a Trustee of the UK’s leading fatherhood charity, The Fatherhood Institute, a Trustee of The National Youth Arts Trust, a member of the Development Board of the Mindfulness Centre at Oxford University and a governor at Lovelace School, a large, state primary, and Shrewsbury House, an independent boys prep school. In 2011, Charlotte set up a campaign group, Women On ..., to highlight issues facing women in the workplace and in public life. She was previously the Finance Director of the successful NO to AV campaign for the referendum on AV (Alternative Vote) and she stood for the Conservative Party in the 2010 General Election in Brighton Pavilion. Charlotte has an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a degree in Biochemical Engineering from UCL.
