    Institute of Local Government Studies, University of Birmingham

    Chris Game works for the University of Birmingham’s Institute of Local Government Studies, where he launched and ran for many years the Institute’s undergraduate degree programme. His particular interests, after cricket, are in the politics of local government, and he is joint-author of the most widely used textbook on British local government, the 5th edition of which will be published early next year. Chris also writes regularly for The Birmingham Post – on elections and many other topics.
