    Entrepeneur

    Daniel is a local entrepreneur and community activist who started selling computer consuls at the age of 14, formed his first limited company at the age of 19 and has since gone on to run numerous other businesses. These induced a Steak and Lobster bar and a Photography Studio. As a long-term community activist, he chaired the committee that turned the Respect Festival in to a regular annual event back in 2002. More recently, he is currently a founding director of the Exeter Pound- a local currency for Exeter. He is also vice-chair of both the local branch and regional of Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). In his role as Devon FSB Connector he is helping organise the Devon Youth Entrepreneur Forum, which seeks to encourage young adults to develop social enterprises within Devon. Outside of work he is a keen photographer, and enjoys trying out new restaurants and traveling.
