Eaga plc has business operations throughout the UK, Ireland, India and Canada. Eaga plc employs over 4500 people with turnover of £738m pa and is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Eaga is committed to employee engagement and ownership with 37.5% of shares held in trust on behalf of all partners and a further 13% held by individual partners. Since its inception, Eaga has made a positive difference to over 5 million disadvantaged households across the UK, by installing energy efficiency insulation and central heating.Dave joined Eaga in 2002 and previously held main board posts for HR and Operations within the pharmaceutical sector in the UK and USA.
