    Born in Ipswich, and raised in Suffolk, Edward studied history at the London School of Economics & University of Cambridge. He has taught at University Campus Suffolk since 2010, and part of his role involves working with young people in local schools. Although Edward’s specialism lies in the twentieth century history of war and genocide, he is also interested in the history of Speakers’ Corner in Hyde Park, particularly its origins in Victorian London.
