Eric teaches history at Indiana University, USA. During the 2009/10 academic year, he is a Fulbright Distinguished Scholar based at the University of London’s Centre for Metropolitan History. A specialist in the history of cities, buildings, and landscapes, Eric worked as a museum curator and historic preservation consultant before becoming a university professor. He enjoys London with his wife, two sons, and a Scottish Terrier named Nessie.
