After graduating in English, Gill’s career began in insurance, before heading up the professional development department of an international professional body. Moving into arts management, she managed the re-branding of Theatre Is… the young people’s theatre organisation. Gill was appointed Regional Director of Arts & Business for the East of England in November 2006. Arts & Business connects companies and individuals to cultural organisations and provides the expertise and insight for their relationships to prosper.
