    Cardiff University

    Graeme is a graduate of the University of Toronto (in Canada) and Balliol College, Oxford. Since 1994 he has taught politics and philosophy at Cardiff University, where he is currently Reader and Head of the Department of Politics and International Relations. He has also been an Instructor in Government at Harvard Summer School in the US since 2006. Graeme has been a Visiting Fellow of Clare Hall, Cambridge (2012) and the Centre for European Studies at Harvard University (2000). He is the author of many books and scholarly articles on aspects of politics and philosophy and is currently writing a work of popular political philosophy aimed at general readers, called ‘Political Minds’.
