    Graham has a background in biological research, particularly in molecular ecology and uses molecular genetic DNA techniques to answer fundamental questions in ecology, evolution, and conservation biology. Graham was a researcher at the University of Sussex before becoming a lecturer, first at Bangor University and now at the University of Derby. He now teaches biology and forensic biology, with a particular interest in ecology and conservation genetics. Graham has recently co-authored a student text book on Molecular Ecology and published by Oxford University Press. He is also a huge music fan, liking everything from death metal to classical.
