    Head of English

    Cowley International College

    Ian is the Head of English at a Merseyside comprehensive school, having worked in international schools in Mexico and Portugal, before returning to Manchester where he studied. In 2015, he completed an MA in Education evaluating the benefits of reducing class sizes on student outcomes. Ian specialises in linguistics, transnational literature and continues to champion debating and critical thinking in schools.
