Jen has been working at Rolls-Royce since 2004. She is currently a Project Manager within the Engineering function and responsible for leading design change on a number of Combustion & Casing components for the Trent 1000 (for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner). Previously she has worked in the Purchasing department sourcing components for the Trent XWB (for the Airbus A350). She has a BA in Business Management and an MSc in Global Supply Chain Management, both achieved whilst working at Rolls-Royce. She has always had a keen interest in working with young people to develop their skills & confidence.
