Jenny Jopson is events officer at Wellcome Collection, the public exhibition and events venue of the Wellcome Trust. She helps run a diverse programme of events for the general public – including debates, discussions, supper salons and performances – on the subject of medicine, life and art. She read Natural Sciences at university before studying for an MSc in Science Communication, then worked in television making science documentaries before moving into live events. She has a particular interest in debate as a way to explore new ideas, and believes that there’s nothing like a good argument to make you really think.
