In her role at Brighton & Hove City Council Jenny is responsible for most aspects of day-to-day living in the city, covering planning and transport, refuse and recycling, the city’s parks and open spaces and the seafront. She develops and delivers Sports & Leisure in the city, including the major outdoor events such as Big Beach Boutique, White Air and Pride, and also manages the community safety teams, including anti-social behaviour. Perhaps of most interest today is her work on sustainable cities, which includes her Directorate’s involvement in the setting up of the Food Partnership.
