Jo Phillips is an award winning journalist, communications expert and one time Lib Dem spin doctor (she was Paddy Ashdown’s press secretary). She’s played a major role in local, general and European elections, was a key member of the media team for Live8, and currently works as a consultant for New Deal of the Mind - a coalition of artists, politicians and opinion formers committed to nurturing creative talent. She’s stood for Parliament, been a non executive director of a health authority, driven rallies across Syria and is a West Ham season ticket holder.
