John has over twenty years experience in transportation as a Consultant and Senior Transportation Engineer. With a BSc in Business and Politics from Aston and an MSc from Imperial/University College in Transport, John has worked in British Rail and as a Consultant providing advice to local and central government authorities relating to Transportation. John’s interests include travel, walking, sport, heritage and Astronomy. John currently works as a volunteer at the Think Tank Planetarium, the National Trust and in hospitality.
