    Teesside University

    Kiersten is responsible for the marketing, recruitment and admissions of new students across the broad portfolio of Social Sciences, Business and Law. Prior to this she was Head of Enterprise and Employability for Teesside University Business School. Kiersten graduated from the University of Oxford with an MA in Biological Sciences and moved to the North East in 1993 to work for ICI. Before joining the university 6 years ago her varied career included global sales and marketing communications roles for large chemical companies, designing and delivering leadership development programmes and running a recruitment agency. Kiersten is the outgoing Chair of the Tees Valley Committee of the North East Chamber of Commerce and she sits on the NECC North East Council. She is also a member of the military education committee, NUMEC and a governor at Prior Pursglove College.
