    Lesley is an award-winning journalist covering business, economics and personal finance. She is a public speaker and moderator of debates at organisations such as Chatham House. After many years as a BBC employee, she is now freelance but still makes programmes for BBC Radio 4. She has a long track record of investigative journalism and has worked in many countries, including spells as a BBC correspondent in Washington DC.
