  For the past seven years Mark has worked for Renaisi, a Shoreditch-based company named consultancy of the year by Regeneration and Renewal magazine in 2009. With specific responsible for communications and strategy, Mark has helped to oversee a major community regeneration scheme in the EC1 area of North London. Prior to 2003 he was based in Australia. He was a radio and television journalist for a number of years before working as a media advisor for state and federal politicians, and has also worked in the tertiary education sector coordinating marketing campaigns and student recruitment initiatives for the University of Queensland. Mark is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and lives in Guildford; he’s a passionate sports fan and writer; and spends a considerable amount of his spare time tweeting on the fortunes of Australian sport.
