Mark Diffley Consultancy and Research
Mark is a well-known and highly experienced pollster and researcher, specialising in politics, social/public policy and business in Scotland. For nearly 10 years Mark was director of Ipsos MORI in Edinburgh, leading the organisation through a period of significant political and societal change in Scotland. During this period, he established a reputation as a commentator on Scottish politics and government, working extensively in the media and speaking regular at conferences and events. In June 2017 Mark set up his own research and consultancy business, continuing to serve the private, public and third sectors with insightful research, advice and commentary. Mark has worked a number of times with Debating Matters in the past, including judging the final of the keenly contested Referendum Schools Debate final in 2014.
