Neil is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Salford Primary Care Together CIC, which brings together Salford’s GP practices working to transform the local health & social care system to improve the health and well-being of local people.
Prior to this, Neil was Chief Executive of Salford Health Matters CIC, a social enterprise delivering primary care services, and one of the first to be rated ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission.
During his career Neil has also worked as an Executive Director with the Big Life group, a leading social enterprise based in the North of England and established a community based mental health service in Ealing, West London; and run a management consultancy business.
Neil holds a degree in Physics and a masters in Engineering from the University of Manchester, a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Durham, and achieved Chartered Director status with the Institute of Directors.
