  • Professor Norah Spears

    Professor of Reproductive Physiology

    Centre for Integrative Physiology, University of Edinburgh

    Norah works at Edinburgh University, teaching and undertaking research. She is a reproductive biologist, whose work investigates how fertility can be affected in patients who have undergone chemotherapy treatment. She began her career studying ecology at Edinburgh before moving to Oxford for her doctorate. She spent two years in California as a postdoctoral scientist in the late 1980s before returning to Edinburgh and has been in her current position at the University for over a decade.
