  • Dr Peter Bibby

    Associate Professor

    School of Psychology, University of Nottingham

    Peter studied Psychology at University College London before moving to a PhD in Psychology and Computing at Lancaster University. He was a research scientist for several years, in the UK, the US and France, before being appointed to a lectureship in Psychology at the University of Nottingham. His research interests include problem solving, instructional design, decision making and the interplay of cognition and emotion. He has published in national and international journals and presented at national and international conferences. Peter has also conducted research and consulted for various Government organisations. He teaches ‘Statistical Methods’ and ‘Conceptual and Historical Issues in Psychology’ at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. His hobbies include cooking, gardening and learning Mandarin.
