Bank of England
Rachel has worked at the Bank of England since 2008 in a variety of roles. Her first role in the Bank was in banknote policy where she wound up in charge of £20 notes. She is currently working on internal reviews of the Bank’s approach to insurance and financial markets infrastructure supervision. She has previously worked in the public and voluntary sectors and taught in further and higher education. As a teen and young adult, she spent an unquantifiable amount of time taking part in debates and has served as a mentor to young debaters, including helping to establish the City University London debating society.
