Retired Teacher
Richard has been a teacher in the state sector since 1974; during which time he fulfilled many roles including setting up and running units for disaffected students, teaching a range of GCSE and AS/A2 subjects, taking on pastoral responsibilities and loads of extracurricular activities. He set up Debating and Public Speaking at his last school, which was one of the Pilot Schools for Debating Matters. He is now on his ‘gap year’!
