    Dean of Students

    University of Hertfordshire

    Ross is the Dean of Students at the University of Hertfordshire, which means he is responsible for delivering the University’s student support, recruitment, educational engagement, mentoring and widening participation strategies. He has been an advisor to UCAS, the Department for Education, the Qualifications and Progression Group, the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust and Pearson UK. He is currently working to establish a University Technical College in Stevenage as well as finding time to continue research into higher education policy and leadership. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (RSA) and a member of the Institute of Fiscal Studies (IFS).
