    Fulbright Scholar, Professor of History

    Samantha Sagui graduated from Brandeis University (Waltham, MA, USA), summa cum laude, in 2006 and completed her masters at Fordham University (New York, NY, USA) in 2007. She has been a professor of history at Fordham University for the past two years. Currently, she is a Fulbright scholar and is living in Norwich while researching the development of urban policing in the later middle ages. She is particularly interested in the role of the community in enforcing legal and social norms. Samantha believes that communication skills are essential in the modern world and is excited for this opportunity to be involved with Debating Matters.
