Sherry’s novels include Disconnected, Paralysed and Blinded by the Light. She used to teach English in secondary schools, but now lectures in English and Creative Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University. Sherry also broadcasts occasionally for the BBC and gives freelance writing workshops. She lives in Manchester, and is married with two daughters, two sons-in-law and two cats.
