    Sima has been a reporter for 12 years for the BBC. She has worked across the world: US, Haiti, Afghanistan, Europe, and all over the UK and has covered everything from war, elections, the Oscars and 3 UK elections. She has most recently covered the three UK terror attacks and the fire at Grenfell Tower. Sima has an interest in the penal system and have carried out investigations on several issues facing prisons in the UK including extremism, drugs, and over population. She previously worked at the Today Programme on Radio 4 and the PM programme for 6 years, and spent some time working on BBC’s Newsnight. She now primarily works for the key TV news bulletins on BBC One (six and ten o’clock news).
