Temi is studying philosophy and politics at the University of Manchester. He writes regularly for the University newspaper, Student Direct. Temi was formerly a student at Graveney School, the home of the competition, where the format of Debating Matters was devised by his former teacher, David Perks. Temi still likes a good argument and has enjoyed acting as a chair of the competition at the Blackburn qualifying round.
