Following a career in Financial Services Trevor established a HR Consultancy business prior to joining Eaga around 6 years ago. Trevor’s career spans customer service, internal audit, retail and commercial banking HR, recruitment and people development. As Director of Eaga People Development, Trevor is responsible for Eaga’s learning and development strategy, from the group apprentice scheme through to executive development. Trevor works internationally with companies such as Ritz Carlton, Disney, Southwest Airlines, Sewell Automotive and jetBlue to share leadership and customer service best practise. Outside of work Trevor is married with a 10 year-old son and 18 year-old daughter who, in studying for her politics A-level, certainly enjoys bringing issues of the day into debate in the Lincoln household!
